Coaching

Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.
— N.R. Narayana Murthy

Who I work with

I work with women who feel a gap between where you are and where you want to be. It might be a gut feeling, a little pull on your heart that you have healing to do, space to grow, that you could feel happier, shine more brightly.

There’s an old therapist joke. It goes like this:

How many therapists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Only one. But the lightbulb has to want to change.

I work with women who are ready to work. Real change only happens outside your comfort zone. And I’ll be there to guide you every step that I can.

I have been working with Bailey for several years and in that time I’ve experienced profound change.

Why me?

The official line: After studying psychology at the University of California, San Diego, I received my master’s in marriage and family therapy from BYU, one of the top programs in the country. That’s a lot more training than your average coach. I worked at Stanford University before moving into the vanlife, kiddos, and traveling season of my life.

The bottom line: I believe we are all doing the best we can. I believe you could be happier. And I believe a coach - like me! - is a way to get to that happiness a whole lot faster than you would without.

You know yourself best. I’m here to help you see through a different lens by asking powerful questions, pointing out patterns and stories that aren’t serving you anymore, guiding you as you build new ones with intention and providing resources to facilitate your journey.
